The Popular Sunrise and Sunset Point of Duikar
Duikar Valley lies above Altit Village which is about 700 meters. It is a place to view sunrises and sunsets. You can get to view the very first ray that touches the peaks of mountains. In the evening, you can view the most mesmerizing sunset of your life.
You can get to the viewpoint by a 2 hours trek or by renting a jeep that would take you to the viewpoint in 25 minutes.
Eagles Nest Duikar
The viewpoint of the valley is also eminent because of the rocks that are shaped like eagles. It is called an eagle’s nest, and the specific reason for that is because there are multiple rocks that have eroded in the shape of eagles. Tourists from around the world come to visit this point.
Historical Altit Fort
By just taking a 10 minutes ride in the jeep you will reach this fort. This fort was inherited by the rulers of Hunza Valley who were “Mir”. It was built almost 1100 years ago which makes it the oldest fort in Gilgit Baltistan.
This fort was opened for tourists in 2007 and has exquisite work of wood carvings. If you ever visit Hunza and decide to explore this fort, it would take you back in history.
Ancient Baltit Fort
 This Fort was built in the 8th century and it is located near the Karima bad Market. In the 16th century, the local prince married a princess from Baltistan and for that purpose, the for was renovated. There was a chance that the fort would fall into ruins as it started to decay.
So, a rebuilt and renovation process started and ended in 1996. Now, this fort is open to the public and tourists as a museum.
Captivating Attabad Lake
 Within the gigantic mountains of Karakorum lies a spellbound crystal turquoise water lake, Attabad Lake. The depth of the lake is 358 ft and the length is 13 ft. The charm and colors of this lake provide a tranquil environment for tourists to relax.
